Sue Cooper

With a background in community development, Sue is responsible for ensuring that Catalyst creates, manages and sustains successful and desirable ‘places’. She heads a team that manages and leads on plans for major physical change projects, ensuring that: residents and stakeholders are actively engaged in decisions about their homes and neighbourhoods, local priorities and concerns are understood and taken account of, and that Neighbourhood Strategies are developed for both emerging and existing multi-tenure neighbourhoods.
Sue has been responsible for leading and overseeing stakeholder consultation on many of our major regeneration schemes, including Havelock and Dee Park.
Victoria Whenray
Conran and Partners
Victoria is a Director on the board of Conran and Partners.
Victoria has led on a number of regeneration and master-planning projects and is an architect who is experienced across all aspects of the residential sector - passionate about creating homes and environments that make a positive contribution to the city and a difference to people’s quality of life.
Her current focus is on residential and mixed-use regeneration projects in a design, project management, and client liaison role, and Victoria’s strength lies in her ability to bring together the various - and challenging - client, statutory, consultation and design team needs to deliver high quality new communities.
Recent projects include Walthamstow Stadium and Portobello Square Phase 2.
David Fallows

David has over 30 years’ experience in construction management in London and the south east working on a range of projects but primarily in the housing and regeneration sectors.
Along with the detailed planning, coordination and supervision that comes with any construction projects David understands the key importance of incorporating the development works into the local community and sees this as fundamental to the overall success of the scheme.
Until recently David has lead teams to deliver a number of regeneration projects including Rayners Lane Estate - Harrow, Page Road - Feltham, Dee Park - Reading and is currently responsible for the delivery of the first phases of Havelock Estate in Southall.
