Lucia Glynn is a highly experienced consultant, with over two decades of experience in scoping, managing and delivering successful projects. Her experience encompasses both the delivery of on-time and on-budget major school building programmes, and the successful execution of strategic projects, including academy conversions, developing new Free School applications, and Multi-Academy Trusts (MAT) organisational development. She has held senior roles within two global built asset consultancies, as well as acting as a trusted consultant and advisor to the Department for Education, several MATs, charitable trusts, local authorities and private sector organisations. In a voluntary capacity, Lucia is the Chair of Trustees for the Maritime Children’s Foundation which supports children and communities in south-east London and Medway, Trustee for Learning Academy Partnership South West, and a co-opted school governor at a SEND school in the London Borough of Haringey.
